COVID-19 – Our Commitment to Keeping Our Crew, Customers & Community Safe
It really can’t be said enough—the health and well-being of our crew, customers and their families, along with our communities, is our top priority. And every decision we make as a small, family-owned business is through that lens.
We miss our team, and our customers, greatly. We are beyond humbled and grateful to our loyal customers for their amazing care, love and support during this challenging time. We are truly all in this together.
We want to be sure the approach we’re taking to reopen our stores is thoughtful, and that we’re creating a store environment that’s safe for everyone. Our two California stores may not open at the same time, but rest assured we are working hard every day to determine our best plan forward.
We’re going to take a phased approach to reopening Thrift Town, and will only reopening stores when:
- it’s allowed by state and local governments;
- we’re prepared with the right safety measures and protocols; and
- we have confidence we can ensure the safety and wellbeing of our crew members and customers.
When we do reopen, more than anything we want our crew and our customers to feel safe and comfortable at Thrift Town. We’re making updates to our stores and the way we work within them and how we serve customers to help keep everyone healthy.
We will make announcements on our website site, through out social media and our VIP email as soon as we have more details to share.
We appreciate your patience, diligence and perseverance through these unprecedented times. We look forward to seeing everyone as soon as we can reopen for business.
